Do you restock out-of-stock items?

Yes – we regularly restock core products. If something’s temporarily unavailable, it may stay visible with an updated lead time. If it’s removed, it usually means it’s unavailable for the foreseeable future. Not sure? Just ask – we’re happy to check.

Will the product I receive match the image on the website?

Yes. All images and descriptions are provided by the manufacturer and kept up to date. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, but what you see is what you’ll get. If you’re unsure, get in touch before ordering.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Delivery is free on orders over £100. Most items arrive within 2–5 working days, depending on the product and your location. Made-to-order items (like windows and doors) may take longer – we’ll confirm this during checkout or after your order is placed.

Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?

Not just yet – but we’re working on it. Collection will soon be available from depots across most of the UK. If you’d prefer to collect and want to check what’s possible in your area, drop us a message – we may be able to help.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes – we’re VAT registered and your invoice will be sent automatically once your order is confirmed. If you need another copy, just let us know.

Do you offer trade discounts or accounts?

We believe in fair pricing for everyone – whether you’re a tradesperson or a savvy DIYer. For larger or repeat orders, we’re happy to discuss tailored pricing – just get in touch.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes – if you prefer to speak to someone, call us on 01922 254100 and we’ll help you place your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed or dispatched, we’ll do our best to help. Call us as soon as possible and we’ll talk you through your options.

What if I receive the wrong item or something’s missing?

We’ll sort it. Send us your order number and a quick photo (if needed), and we’ll arrange a replacement or suitable fix. Mistakes are rare – but we won’t leave you stuck.

What’s your returns policy?

If you’ve ordered too much or selected the wrong item, you have 14 days to let us know. A £25 collection fee may apply. If a product is faulty or damaged, you have 30 days to report it – and we’ll make it right. Made-to-order or bespoke items (such as windows or doors) can’t be returned unless there’s a fault.

Are your products guaranteed?

Yes. Most white uPVC products come with a 20-year guarantee. Foiled or coloured boards come with a 10-year guarantee. You’ll find full guarantee info on the relevant product pages.

Do I need to pay import duty?

No – we’re based in the UK and only deliver to UK addresses. There are no hidden import fees or cross-border charges.

Can’t find what you’re looking for?
