Orders Under £150
£9.99 inc VAT, whatever's in the basket. Covers oversized courier surcharges on products up to 5m long.
How it ships
Anything small enough for a standard parcel courier goes tracked, and we'll send the tracking through. Longer items — boards, guttering, 5m trims — come direct from your nearest Eurocell branch, so you get a delivery day rather than a tracking number. Either way it's £9.99, or free over £150.

Reco wall panels require specialist handling and transport to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Unlike standard parcels, panels are rolled and securely boxed, then shipped using specialist couriers rather than normal parcel networks.
Because of their size, handling requirements, and transport method, courier costs increase significantly as order quantities rise.
Our Approach to Delivery Pricing
Rather than passing on stepped or inflated carriage charges, we keep things simple, fair, and transparent:

No hidden mark-ups on delivery
In many cases — particularly on larger orders — this means delivery through us is considerably cheaper than paying true courier costs elsewhere.
We don’t use delivery as a profit centre. This charge represents a capped contribution toward the real transport cost, not an inflated fee.
Important Delivery & Handling Information
To protect the panels during transport and reduce the risk of damage, Reco wall panels are delivered rolled.
What you need to do on delivery:

Within 4 hours of delivery, please unroll the panels and lay them flat

Carefully inspect the panels for any damage or defects

If you notice any issues, contact us as soon as possible
Please note:

Panels that are not unrolled and checked within 4 hours may not be eligible for a refund

Any damage or issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Returned panels are subject to a collection and restocking fee
