Like timber, composite fencing will fade over time due to UV exposure and weathering.
This colour change is expected, does not affect performance, and is not considered a fault.

  • Can I paint uPVC fascia and soffit boards?
    Technically yes, but it’s not recommended. uPVC fascia and soffit boards come pre-finished in a variety of colours and styles, including woodgrain. Painting them can affect their weather resistance and may void guarantees. If you're after a different look, it's better to choose a board in your preferred finish.
  • How do I install fascia and soffit boards?
    Installation involves: Removing the old boards (if full replacement) Fixing the new fascia to the rafter ends Adding soffits underneath Reattaching guttering securely While capping boards can be fitted over sound timber by confident DIYers, full replacements should be done by professionals to ensure long-term protection and proper ventilation.
