Returns

We aim to provide high-quality products. If you need to return an item, please follow our process below:

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Stock items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

    • Bespoke items (e.g., made-to-measure windows, doors, conservatory products) cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

    • If an item is faulty due to a manufacturing issue, we will replace it at no extra charge.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

    • If you need us to collect the item, a collection fee of £25 will apply.

  • Return Process:

    1. Contact us at info@theplasticsshed.com or 01922 254100 with your order details and reason for return.

    2. If eligible, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

    3. Return the item securely via your preferred method.

    4. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within 7 working days.
