We aim to provide quality products, but if you need to return an item, please read our policy below.

Eligibility for Returns
Stock items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Bespoke items (such as made-to-measure windows, doors, and conservatory products) cannot be returned unless faulty.

If an item is faulty due to a manufacturing issue, a replacement will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect.

If you require our carriers to collect the item, a charge of £25 will apply.

Securely package the item and return it via your chosen method.

Once received and inspected, we will process a refund or replacement within 7 working days.
