Do I need vented soffit all the way round?

Not usually. You need a continuous 10mm air gap where the roof has to breathe at the eaves. Most jobs run vented board along those runs and plain hollow or flat board elsewhere.

Do I still need soffit vents with this board?

No. The slots are moulded into the board, so it provides the airflow on its own. Disc vents are for adding ventilation to a soffit that has none.

How long will Irish Oak take to arrive?
